EC Prosthetics irritation

I'm just in the mood to rant about these ->-bleeped-<-s. I ordered the new 6.5" 3-in-1 in May.

"takes 4-6 weeks, but not always" here we are on week 8, it shipped today.

"Buy our adhesive!" Got an email today that when I ordered 8 weeks ago, they didn't set aside the adhesive for me. As of today it is sold out and they "may get more in the future". Thanks guys.

Emailed them to find out an update on its progress at week 5, and again at week 7. Week 5, no response. Week 7, "oh hey we never got an email from you". Funny thing of that being, in my second email I never mentioned having emailed them once before.

Their customer service is a serious joke. I hope their product isn't as laughable.

why dont you.complain to them directly instead of on here. maybe they have a reason for this? I say this because ive emailed them before and I know they are a very small company just trying to help out the FTM community. the reason I say this because I know ordered from them before and they have been very kind and helpful. posting somelike this kind of makes you look kinda like an a-hole tho, i think these companies are working in our best interest not agsinst us, so any negative talk really isn't helping our community. .why cant we look at the positive side of these companies and share those experiences? same for freetom. Sure there are bad things about both companies but seems like they are in this game to help us, the ftm world.

I have complained to them. Congratulations for having a good experience with them, I did not. And I have seen many posts of other people having an issue with their customer service as well. Whether or not they're "helping the community" is completely irrelevant, I purchased a product and expected it to be shipped in the time frame I was told it would. Just like any other product I purchase, regardless of who made it or what it was for.

I agree.  The way that guys can help each other here is to share both the good and the bad.  Both sides of the fence should speak up.

Those of us who have been around for a while have seen a lot of people being taken advantage of and poor products.  I am glad when people speak up.  It saves other guys heartbreak and money.  The reviews on the sites of the products are of course going to be good, those are the only ones they are going to post.  It is only through forums like this that people can really learn the truth about a product and a company (except I do that think we have to have more of a critical eye with those guys who "test" products for companies.  They no doubt feel pressure to give good reviews...they got a free product).

I've placed a order with theses guys on the 16th of may and I'm still waiting for mine. I ordered the 5.5" 3 in 1 stp although I've waited about 8 weeks now for mine the emails I have sent them asking for a up date on my order they have got back to mw stright away with a update saying they are sorry they are a small team with back flow of orders. Which I understand. I just think its a god send someone can make these things that can help over come our self-confidence and be more happy with our self! So I'm happy to wait. I did get worried though cos $135 is a lot of money to hand over so I thought it might be a scam website cos I live in the uk but got a email over the weekend saying its been dispatched. I just thing yeah you might have to wait a bit longer but all good things come to those who wait. :) please don't slander small company's we need all the support we can get :)

sharing his experience is not slander..

Hope it works out for you both.  I had looked into getting a stp from them but reviews about tearing, wearing out quickly, and lack of realism put me off.  Currently waiting on an EZP.

Sorry if I've offended some people by using the word slander! I didn't mean for it to sound like that. The EC stp looked pretty realistic to me but this is the first one I've bought so we shall see.. I know you can buy ones that look bang on real but there like $400 + I'm looking forward to receiving it and i will defo be doing a review on it after. Using it a few weeks because I've found 1 review on it and. That's it.

Update: they got back to me and shipped it what seemed to be immediately. It is expected to arrive today by 5pm, so I'll get a review up for you guys within the next day or two!

-sigh- okay. Well, it just arrived. I'm finding myself disappointed in many ways. 1. coloring is terrible, but that's a small issue. 2. the area between the sack and shaft is so thin that I can guarantee this will rip SO FAST. 3. Tried even running water through it at a sink, and it just fills up with water and drains. I'll have to cut the hole in the head a little more to be able to pass any fluid through it at all. 4. There's nothing free-floating or moveable in these testicles whatsoever. Just a squishy mass. I'm a little concerned that the shaft will literally fall off at the slightest tug of the tab. The overall feel of it is nice, so there's that. It is true to size, also good. But the things they claimed to be superior in are definitely not superior. I'll probably make a video with a legitimate review so everyone can see it. That'll have to wait until after work tonight though.

After having it for a full day, some features I'm really warming up to. I think I had incredibly high expectations to start with and that was my downfall. I'm about to write a review for the forum, then tonight I'll do a video so everyone can actually see the product (I don't know if we're allowed to post pictures of them on here).
