I suggest trying to educate your parents. Make sure they know:
* Being transgender is serious. Gender dysphoria can literally become unbearable. Depression and anxiety are common among those who suffer from it.
* It typically won't go away on its own and it can't be "cured".
* It isn't something you chose.
Try to get them to understand that by not letting you be yourself, they are abusing you, the same as if they denied you your insulin or other medicine you needed to live healthily.
You may need to say these things multiple times - sometimes it takes a while for something to sink in.
Can't guarantee it will work, but it's worth a try.
