For those people who want to get feminized but are unable to get HRT I have a solution. Soy milk is the way to go it has 200 times more estrogen than cow milk. But there is some risk especially for older men. If you are allergic to nuts don't use soy milk because most of the soy today is genetically modified that have a nuts genes to compensate lack of fat in soy. Other thing that u might get prostate cancer if you are old but I'm not sure about that it up to u if u use it. Soy is also cheap and legal. I also love soy because I have intolerance for cow milk.

Well soy works for me. It will be soon 2 months I'm using it and I can see changes. My hair and skin became softer, I have craving for salty and spicy food and my mind changed I can't get satisfactory from normal faping I only get satisfied with my anal toys.

Here's the article were I found about the soy effects. Its about guy who feminized himself without even knowing it.
http://www.menshealth.com/nutrition/soys-negative-effects?fullpage=true

I personally use 1-2l per day because I weight 58 kg. The guy in article was probably far more heavier because he was drinking about 3l per day.

It's the best choice for me to drink soy milk until I move from Lithuania to Ireland. The greatest way to keep feminized. I have to wait for 2 years until I move that's the reason why I picked soy.

I'm shocked and appalled.. why don't more people know about this?  I'm male and I drink soy milk every morning.  Obviously I need to stop.  I just bought more soy milk yesterday, darnit!  Sofia, thank you so very much for mentioning this, and thank you to Matthew for mentioning the Men's Health article.

Much appreciated!

Well phytoestrogens...
they have a somewhat similar effect than estrogen but weaker.

If you are on hrt phytoestrogens are not necessarily a good idea because they might compete with estro for estrogen receptors, and having a weaker effect it might not be advantageous. Of course normal amounts should not matter, only large amounts.

Here is a list with a few foods containing phytoestrogens:
dietaryfiberfood dot com/phytoestrogen-hormones/phytoestrogen-food-sources.php

An amount of 200 is considered a normal amount according to some sources... so olive oil for example don't has to be avoided.

There are other foods that also contain high amounts... all at your own risk, consider side effects... too large amounts of some foods might not be healthy... it might be advisable to look up side effects of linseed, for example...

soy is a product that was traditionally fermented. It still is in soy sauces, for example.
Unfermented it might have some side effects like influences on digestion.

When I transitioned we didn't have blockers. Because for the most part we were transitioning after age 20, testosterone had already done most of the damage it was going to do. We hoped that the estrogen would block the testosterone and in some cases it seemed to but I don't think my testosterone production was stopped until I had SRS.

Simple just buy some soy milk powder witch is located in almost every store usually next to coffee or tea. 100mg/ml=1l of milk. Its basically like making a tea in 1l jar. Wait for it to cool down and you can eat it with some cereal or just take a straw and slowly drink it. The changes will be same as using estrogen pills but not that fast.
There is nothing special about it how u make it bchigdon10.  ;)

Will soy milk make my butt fuller? I'm a male and have struggled with a flat arse for my whole life. Right now I just use buttpads and tried squating. But I want a real butt! I started drinking soy milk recently after being vegan. And if this works, is there a way to not get breasts?

The quantity of phytoestrogens in Soy milk is too small to have any feminising effect.

Can you imagine the lawsuits if it was feminising?

According to the link above, I should try flax seeds. They seem to be 120+ times more potent than soy milk.

Ms Grace

As a vegetarian (and consumer of soy milk) for 28 years I can tell you it did pretty much zero for my hormone levels. Ditto flax seeds, green tea, spearmint tea, saw palmetto, red clover, etc, etc. Yes, they may have a small amount of antiandrogen or phytoestrogen but compared to what hormones can accomplish their effects are negligible/zero. Seriously don't waste your time and money.
