Payless has a great selection of larger size (i.e. larger than 10-US) shoes, and Long Tall Sally has some absolutely gorgeous shoes for 'taller' feet lol(they sell tall ladies clothes). Both are excellent, great shipping, and you can find shoes that won't make you look like a 'tart'.lol Even their tarty shoes are still classy and sexy--I have the best pair of red heels from there--I adore them!!

You might look at the internet, there might be shoes in larger sizes there. On amazon for example.

Usually shoemakers can make shoes half a size or a size, maybe even more, wider. You might ask them.
As far as I know they make leather wet and stretch it from inside with special tools.

Read my reply.
You can do it at home, it's not that hard really.

They do sell shoe stretchers. They are made of wood and have a threaded piece that adjusts for width and length.
I used them for some golf shoes and a nice pair of Italian dress shoes. My gf's daughter just borrowed them for for a pair of heels that were too narrow. They won't make a huge difference, but the shoe will stretch if you leave them in and adjust it now and then.
