Welcome, E! I was where you are just a few months back. It's an exciting and scary time, but as Carly said, it's a marathon. Take your time, but don't be afraid to explore things you can. Do some writing and reading, exploring clothes & makeup, building a support network online and in real life. And keep seeing that therapist!
