What could I possibly do...

What could I possibly do on a Friday night that would help further my progress toward starting hormones and expressing myself as a transwoman.

My parents will be on their way home soon. My brother, 23, is home now. I can't cross dress or anything like that. Though I should've at least worn one of my mom's bras today since I didn't have classes or work (I go to a community college). I didn't wear anything since there is a certain taboo about wearing my mom's clothes.

I guess I could watch more vlogs on youtube like minorqback (unfortunately she is not active but has really inspiring stuff for 20-30 some trans people), Giana Hoffman, or princessjoules.

I could go to a local transgender support meeting that is meeting tonight but I am not out yet and my parents would probably find out.

Any more ideas? I am 21 and on the East Coast of the United States.

Thank God for the online transgender resources and communities like Susan's Place.
1 decade long conflict down... now it is time to celebrate

Yep start working on your voice!

Watch makeup tutorials, fashion videos, learn about color coordination with clothes, etc

Start doing yoga

minorqback was a big inspiration to me back when I started transition.

You could make a "To Do List". Such as goals you would like to accomplish as far as your transition and future go. I did that and my list is completed for the most part :P
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I dunno.

Just throwing out some more ideas....
Shaving excess body hair, legs armpits chest etc. nice side benefit to shaving the "pits" is it seems to help cut down the
"guy funk" when you get sweaty.

Growing your hair longer, more feminine hair style

Let your nails grow to a more feminine length and keeping them well manicure. Not necessary to paint them if it would cause to many unwanted questions.

Dressing more andro, don't know your personal style so hesitant to make specific suggestions here.

Under dressing, if you have the privacy and your own spending money wearing girls panties etc. under the  guy uniform can help with feeling more your true self.

Best of luck in your journey.

Pluck body hair that's hidden by shorts. Also start eyebrow plucking. Go from the bottom of your eyebrows.

Oh and get to a doctor to get T blockers. No reason you can't get the ball rolling.
