I should be starting HRT very soon mtf. How long do you have to wait from hrt to srs? Plus with  some say when on HRT or before try body waxing . You many not need to much hair removel.

Normally there is at least a year RLE while being on HRT before SRS, then you need, usually, two psych clearances before the surgeons will accept you.

Part 2... in that year you look female.What do i  on Id sex and name.What do girl about the down stair in the summer time with skirts. I started wear skirt here or there. I use tight gym under wear with duck on the outside. hurt to sit any other way.

With the right skirt or dress, tucking may not be much of an issue, but I used to wear men's Medium underwear and now I tuck things away with a combination of XS women's thongs and Small panties since I usually wear pants/shorts instead of skirts/dresses.

When you are comfortable with changing your name and feel you can or want to present as female everyday, then you can go ahead and change your name and gender markers on your IDs at that time.  Otherwise, you suffer until you can make the documentation changes.  Some states require SRS before changing a birth certificate, but most other documents can be changed without that.
