Few people ever "need" FFS. Lynn Conway was fine without FFS but she saw features she was a bit concerned about, especially when viewed from the side. Look at her website on FFS and you will see why she did it.

That said even without FFS, Leeloo_Dallas looks great.

The thing you should ask yourself is : when seeing yourself in the mirror, are you happy with what you see?

Many girls naturally have what we call "masculine" details, you could have been naturally exactly how you are right now.
Some girls still plan plastic surgery because they're not comfortable with themselves. You should not plan it only to "pass" or "look better" to others but always because you know you truly need it to feel good and yourself.

I had lot of planned surgeries on my first year on HRT and finally I did none, after 3 years I am totally different.

From start to 1 year I don't recognize myself on pictures and from 1 years to 3 it's even worse.

You're pretty already.
I'd say wait a while longer ...
and you could try something like a brown liner for eyebrows, it might make a bit more soft expression...

Hi - Give it time.  At your age, a year or three . . . then decide.

The answer is - NO! I don't need for you have FFS.  The only opinion that matters is if you need it.  You are very passable.  Could FFS help, I am pretty sure a competent surgeon could make a noticeable difference, which is true for nearly all women.  That does not make them less feminine today.  It's all about how you feel and having FFS for any other reason is poorly conceived.  (But again, wait awhile - that's my 2 cents.)

Can you imagine a gaggle of Eskimo women having this discussion?  I'm 100% certain they are women through and through no matter when, where, what, how.  BTW: I'm reconsidering FFS after 13 years of E, so go figure, lol!

You are very attractive facially . . . and that's the truth.

TTFN,

Rachel

Well, despite all the amazingly sweet comments.  I booked a procedure.

Im having a septoplasty to remove my dorsal bump and fix a deviated septum.  At the same time she will perform a neck lift and incorporate a chin augmentation to round out my chin some.  Both I think will enhance what hormones are doing.

I can see that in the photos . . . sounds like you want it!  Great!!!  You are are quite feme now and successful FFS that meets your needs is perfect.

Take good care and share with us . . . TTFN,

If you have a problem with your face, and you have the means to fix it, I think you should, BUT, be careful of becoming addicted to surgery or never feeling like it's ever enough. You have to be happy at some point. And self confidence is key to "passing". If it takes some FFS to give you that confidence, then do it.

For as far back as I can remember, I've had a problem with my nose and wanted a nose job, waaaay back before realizing I was trans even. I still plan on fixing that! Although I may now incorporate another couple of procedures at the same time, but I'm still a long ways away from that.

Be happy with yourself!

Lol, no worries about becoming addicted, this stuff is crazy expensive and I hate hospitals!  I'm going at it as minimalist as possible.
