I have been on HRT now for about 5 months and I just measured my penis today and I think I have shrunk about 2 inches. Is that about a normal rate? I hope to shrink more. But I have NOT lost any testicle size at all.

I kinda wish they were gone.

At 9 months, I seem to have experienced the same thing, but with a bit of loss of testicular mass. That being said, the loss of length seems only apparent when unerect, as erect, it seems to be the same length as it used to be.

I've been on a transitioning dose of HRT for about 20 months now. All I can say is that sitting down to pee carries a lot more peril due to not having much to work with, making control of the stream difficult. I was "average" size before.

So yes, it can shrink.

Yes definitely.  I've shrunk a lot being on HRT for less than a year.  My "prader" size is now pre-puberty my doctor says.  This is one reason why I think it's important to schedule GCS surgery as soon as you're ready;  the more you shrink, the less depth you'll have (or more skin they need to graft from other areas), right?

I have no idea what the normal rate is, but that sounds reasonably expected.

The weirdest part for me was that going off of HRT for surgery meant the damned thing rebounded - by the time I was in the hospital, it was back to its original size! I had no idea that was possible, and it was annoying as heck.

Jenna Marie, at least your surgeon had enough material to give you a deep vagina.  I didn't know you would rebound to your original size so quickly.

mm : It's true, at least the  unpleasant surprise had an upside.  🙂 With that said, the surgeon had no problems with anyone except the woman who was under 1" erect (she got a skin graft) so its also not quite as direct a correlation as length = depth. I think there's some extra stretch to the skin or something. In fact, some of it *must* be about the skin itself contracting/expanding, because there's no way anything regrew from scratch that quickly.

(I also went to Brassard, who tries for 5.5"-6" of depth pretty consistently, so it's possible the additional skin got me some nicer labia or whatever...)
