I do not know what to do. I made Chin and Jaw reduction in Dr. Kamol and rhinoplasty doctor from my country. Unfortunately, I'm still recognizable and confused with a man (I'm ts M / F, 24 years old, three years on hormones after SRS at Dr. Kamol).

Help me what to do. I had agressive Chin and Jaw Reduction i'm very happy from results. At present, only I take Estrofem without antiandrogens (which stopped taking 2 weeks before SRS and do not take today)

Can you post a profile pic with your hair pull back?  From direct on I don't see any face issues.

Remember there are other gender markers than your face.

Welcome to Susan's place. I don't see the problem either and it might not be your face. Sometimes it can be voice, mannerism, the way you carry yourself or even attitude. There are little clues that people pick up on and they may not even be aware of what they are but the person may feel something is different. It may only be one thing and it may be easy to fix but the trick is to figure it out. If you have good girl friends, they might be able to help you with this or you may do things like submit a voice sample to the do I pass voice thread.

Another thing to be ware of is if they stare but don't mis gender you, it could be they are admiring you and and you are passing. Sometimes we don't understand how well we do pass and it is common for a man to look at a pretty woman.
