I just wanted to share some experience. I have been since april 2015 really thinking that i should transition( thinking of it since im 12 year old) but was only sure about it on july 2015.  However, my head kept telling me that i should start to prepare in case i decide to transition.

so back in april my weight was of 176 pounds with around 8% bodyfat at 5.8ft . All i remember of my size is that my arms were 17 inch .

i took first measurements on july 3rd 2015 :

159 lbs

37-37.5 inch chest
32 inch underbust
30.5-31 inch waist
37 inch hips
14.75 inch bicep(flex)
12.75 inch bicep(rest)
14.3 inch neck
13.5 inch calve
11 inch forearm
6 inch wrist
22 inch thigh
38 inch butt

Then this is today  oct 6th 2015:
149 lbs

34 inch chest
30.5 inch underbust
28 inch waist
36.5 inch hips
14 inch bicep ( flex)
11.5  inch bicep (rest)
14 inch neck
14 inch calve
11 inch forearm
6 inch wrist
21 inch thigh
36.5 inch butt

How i achieved this?
I think genetic plays for a lot, before doing bodybuilding at 17 yo i remember that my weight was 128 pounds very skiny.  In my case my body type morphology is mostly ectomorph .  you can read about that here : http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/becker3.htm

What i did is i completely stopped doing any muscular activity except abdominal and i continued doing some "butt training"  ( squat, lunges, side lunges, leg press) avoiding any exercice that would maintain my quadricep muscles.
I also started doing long cardio session of 20-30 minutes 5 time per week.

For food, i wont tell you what i did and i dont recommend it  for your health.  However i changed my diet from 6 meals per day to 1-2 meals per day ,  eating something high in sugar right after the gym to "accelerate the metabolism" for muscle loss.   Ive been cycling from almost not eating to eating a lot for a few days just to gain more fat to burn. I think that by doing this, it helps to burn muscle along with the "tempory fat" you took.

Well it seems to work for me. I cant wait to see what will happen when my system will carburate with oestrogen .Meeting with endocrinologist in 2 days :)

Just keep in mind, it is not because you arent approved for HRT yet that you cant prepare your transition by growing your hairs and losing muscle .

Wow you look very pretty already and have not stared HRT ! lucky !

Personally after starting HRT and Blockers, following a low carb diet, not eating at night, and ramping up the cardio and yoga I was dropping 1kg per week for months consistently. I'm sure more than 50% of that was muscle. You might find its even easier once you start your HRT.

Hi Babe,

Congrats :) keep us posted of your progress. Are you by chance in Canada? The reason I asked is because CPA or Androcur is only available in Canada, UK and Australia.

I'm just curios as I am switching to CPA in November from Spiro.

You gals are so inspirational.  I feel like monster.  I wear a size 58 jacket :(  and I'm about 6'5" with size 15 feet and a 40" waist.  I've let my muscle go but still maintain a massive presence.  I'm on the super model diet right now.  Not throwing up.. Lol  just tiny portions and lots of cardio and butt toning stuff.  Keep up the good work! xx :)

Thanks and kylie keep your focus on the target. One thing I learned through years of bodybuilding is our biggest enemy is ourself. Even if we look fabulous from others view, We are programmed to want what we dont have but we Forget about what we have . The idea is to visualize and have a global view . I mean I could have the best legs, hips , boobs etc. But this doesnt make me more female then someone else. It is all about acceptance then after with patience you can correct things up . Everything is possible until proven that it isn't

Well spoken,  that is very true.  I think over the years I thought If I could be more masculine I could drown out the feminine side.  But then realized why drown out the side I like best.  Keep up the good work! you look great!  :)

Yeah.  It's what I told my therapist.  It took me a lot of years but I punched more man tickets than probably 99% of the world and in the end absolutely nothing had changed.  I was still who I had always been.  Plus even though I did punch all the tickets I felt like a fraud through the whole thing.

i just don't know how to tell them i want to change. :(

Also i live in Melbourne Victoria.
