Hi All!  I have several questions.  I am considering taking hormones as a "test" to see how I feel and how they affect me.  Was considering a low dose program recommended by my therapist.  I live in a very conservative area (TN) and work at a private Christian school.  I would be immediately fired at the school if they knew my true self.  Can I take the hormones for a few months without major noticeable physical changes that would cause me to lose my job?  Or, do I need to find new employment first then try them.

Thanks!

Nobody can say with 100% certainty but the most likely answer is yes.  Any changes that occur in that time frame will be mostly subtle and won't be readily apparent unless you call attention to them yourself.

Love is not obedience, conformity, or submission. It is a counterfeit love that is contingent upon authority, punishment, or reward. True love is respect and admiration, compassion and kindness, freely given by a healthy, unafraid human being....  - Dan Barker

Not knowing how they will work with your body figure at the least 6 months before you are noticed.

It varies but generally a few months low dose shouldn't show much effects.
