Ok so this is pretty complicated.

I volunteer with the Army Cadet Force as an adult instructor. This basically consists of teaching kids 12-18 years old stuff like First Aid, Skill at Arms, Fieldcraft, Navigation etc.
I'm not out to them yet. My OC, the 2IC and all the senior staff pretty much are of the older generation so I worry about coming out to them. I also don't want to lose the cadets trust and respect by being someone other than who they thought I was.

Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated.
Smile... it confuses people  ;D
