I've never had a Peecock but people give them plenty of praise. I've worried about the size of the bulge with those though. I'm a very thin guy who wears small pants and I'm really paranoid about that stuff. I can't stand the thought that all my relatives (parents, sisters, etc, who I see often) can see that I'm packing and they know I have 'nothing' there normally. It makes me shudder at the thought, so my packer has to be discrete, hence Masho is my favorite at the moment. I don't wear for looks anyway, just for my psychological well-being.
To be honest I would NOT recommend peecock at the current moment, I and another member here both got new ones that ripped very quickly after using one of their harnesses. I emailed and they never got back to me about getting it fixed or even a suggestion on how to stop the tear from growing or anything. Nothing. Not a word. They're refusing to acknowledge that their own product is ripping the prosthetic.
I have heard good things about Freetom recently, the reason I didn't order from them at the time was because I can't get out of my mind the terrible reviews of them when they first came out. Since then they fixed things and have only had good reviews from what I've seen. They're very similar from what I've seen.
As for the packing, at this point I would consider myself an experienced packer and I have no issue getting it unnoticeable with the right underwear. I have a friend who has... well seen a lot of dicks. And she told me that mine is HUGE compared to most guys (5.5 inches) and I still am able to pack with little issue. Certain underwears do cause it to ride up and look like a big boner but I always blame user error since it's the underwear that makes it not work as well. However I can see why it would be more difficult if you were newer to packing. When I was new to packing I was not nearly as good at positioning it in a good place.
Anyways this got away from your original question, I think the reason so few packers can do that is because the material just doesn't stretch like skin. You would need something that could fold easily but also stretch easily in order for the dick to flop upwards like onto your stomach for example. I think it's nearly impossible to get that in a solid object, it would have to be multiple layers of different materials. Does that make sense, I'm not sure I'm explaining it well?
