Congratulations  :)

Well you might be given a bit more to intuitive/emotional thinking...

being a bit more talkative, trying to bond a bit more...

Your brain will literally structurally change, and you'll become a bit (or a lot) more social and communicative. And as a result empathy, bonding, and emotional sensitivity and expression may change. It's also likely you may become more irritable, irrational, and find your brain going over things several times in a loop and not getting anywhere. I know mine doesn't shut up! :P And then your heightened emotional sensitivity, especially because of your cycle, will influence a lot of it. Your sex drive will also change, and possibly decrease. It'll probably be more focused, and sexual fantasies may become more personalized and emotionally charged. If that's the case, you can expect foreplay to become more important. Let's see, what else... I suppose if you have an inclination towards having kids, or if you have them already, maternal instincts may manifest or strengthen. Hmm, and keep in mind that the psychological and social differences could end up bringing out some latent issues you were unaware of previously, or you may see things in a different light. This is where your mileage may vary, as everyone has their own personalities, way of dealing with things, etc. And of course, this is all based on my own observations and experiences and shouldn't be taken as absolute truth. But I find that a lot of these things can be fairly consistent among others that transition and of course in other women.

I honestly haven't really noticed any serious change in mental effects for me. I am on a fairly high dose which I can't mention here.

The only mental effects I see are me being comfortable in my presentation and more comfortable with men being attracted to me and me being attracted to men.

Oh, and orgasms are a bit more intense now but they've always been full body, toe curling head to toe.
