Well, I sure have watched a lot of movies over time! Dilating isn't my favourite event of the day but soon it will be down to 1x a day then after June, 2x a week! Sure beats the 5x a day schedule but it was worth it!

Give it 30 years or so and you'll be watching them randomly fall out of a forgotten drawer and thinking "what the heck are those? ... oh yeah I remember now!"

Seriously - after a while other more fun implements can be used and dilators simply dont feature.

It is a hassle!!! I know I hate i too but if u look at the big picture, in the long run it'll all be worth it. After a year its only couple times a week and sex counts as one dilation!

I can feel so much with you Catherine

Thank you for your kind words. In fact I've always considered it a privilege and a joy. To the extent when my surgeon said she wanted 5 a day for 6 weeks I gave her 6 a day for 3 months.

I'm challenged by my psoriasis down there at the minute. And as you can see, my rant was short lived.

Uggghhhhhh I know what you mean! Its not too bad now but my first week of dilations I wasn't sure if I could handle doing all of them every day and if I even wanted to since I wasn't even sure I wanted a vag, just wanted that penis gone.
I still have a long way to go though since I'm only in my 3 weeks post op but I think I can make it through now

I watched so many series on my laptop,read heaps and generally relaxed.After all it's what we signed up for.

I don't know if this can help, but when I was at your stage I was aiming for the next step and thinking how much better it will be than the current situation (eg 4x/day to 3x/day, from 3x/day to 2x/day) and time flies by quick as long as I don't look too far into the future, a few weeks at a time.

Ok so I'm a weirdo  I love dilation, I remember only a year ago thinking how the only downside to SRS was having to dilate and then when Sri got little number 1 out the first time the panic was only contained by not wanting to look stupid 

Because of some issues caused since the revision I've had to reduce to once a day since last weekend and I find at my 2 missing dilation times each day that I miss it so roll on Saturday when I will be back to my 3 times a day I promised Chett I'd do.

I love the idea of a song, I'll sing along of someone writes it, As Summer is about to arrive here I'll open the windows and sing it to my neighbours  That should make em think
