I would have said proportions if you meant being curvy, but...
I sat next to a very short-legged cis woman who had to be about 5'2" yesterday, and was startled when we stood up because sitting down she was eye level with me (I'm 5'7").

And I have a rather long torso too! Basically, there are plenty of cis women with shorter legs than average, and being very small can be an advantage. Women who are taller than average are more likely to get looked at and/or clocked. (I was paranoid that I was too tall, frankly, and I'm just a couple inches over average.) The flip side is also true - someone who's 5'1" generally gets to start with the default assumption that they're cis.
