Do you think a shorter height (5'1 to 5'5) is more important than proportions (leg legthening will increase leg leg thus make your hands/feet more proportion to women of that. But leg shortening will decrease your height but you have more masculine proportions.

Always always always proportions. It's a matter of proportions, not size. The same goes with facial beauty.

So leg legthening will make me more passable? Most likely I would have an Anna Nicole body if I add 3 to 4 inches... But I dont want to look transgender.

Ill give it a pass for now, because of high heels. My feet are killing me right now with my shoe lifts to feel like a female (weird huh).. But i walk like a model.

But i took them off today and i felt smaller/skinnier.... But more masculine/dopey.

I have a cousin who was born with one leg shorter than the other, and I remember how much pain she had to go through with leg lengthening surgeries, and she wore a cast on her leg most of the times I visited her when we were growing up.

My understanding is that surgical leg lengthening is extremely painful.

5'1"-5'7" are fairly common female heights, my natal sisters are considered tall because they are around 5'10"

Having your legs lengthened will not make you more passable but will only cost you a lot of unnecessary time, money and pain

Also, most surgeons will not perform the operation for purely asthetical reasons but rather only if they view it to be necessary to improve the quality of a persons life

There are taller women; like 5'9" even over 6ft. They aren't any less attractive. I was told me being shorter would help me pass better but I think that's a big myth. People come in all sizes and it's the proportions that matter more. I'm 5'5" to 5'6" and I don't think that really helps. Having boobs and a little hips does though.

Of the two choices, proportions. But I feel voice and body language is the most important thing... next to getting rid of the 5 o'clock shaddow. I'm almost 6'... but so are many women. It's not about being tall or short, it's about confidence in your body.

I would have said proportions if you meant being curvy, but...

I sat next to a very short-legged cis woman who had to be about 5'2" yesterday, and was startled when we stood up because sitting down she was eye level with me (I'm 5'7"). :) And I have a rather long torso too! Basically, there are plenty of cis women with shorter legs than average, and being very small can be an advantage. Women who are taller than average are more likely to get looked at and/or clocked. (I was paranoid that I was too tall, frankly, and I'm just a couple inches over average.) The flip side is also true - someone who's 5'1" generally gets to start with the default assumption that they're cis.

In heels. 5'7 feels tall. But otherwise given a normal height environment.. 5'7 is do able.

I could use leg legthening to be more attractive/proporional but Im not going to do that to get clock.

My legs are short. My torso is long. If I 5'11 by leg legthening my proportions would be normal as a female of that height.

By then theres 4 inch heels. Lol

5'11 isn't tall... my aunts are all 5'10 to 6'. My grandmothers were 6' and 6'1.

Height is relative too. Im 5'6. Tall for female to me is 5'10 and 6'1 for guys.

5'11 is not short either for a woman.

My spouse is 6' tall same as me but she is very Nordic and has more toned/wider shoulders typical of taller Nordic girls.

I'm 6'4" and have no problem. People think I'm a size 6-8 and I'm in fact at 12-14.  I wear size 14 shoes and stay away from heels but my arms and legs are skinny, my feet and hands Re narrow and my shoulders aren't that broad.  Proportions are much more important than actual height.

Tall and thin works best for this 6' 3'' amazon woman.  My height does appear to adsorb 180lbs. of mass (weight).
I too wear a dress size 12-14, medium/large tops. Shoe size is a manageable 12 and forget about heels!
While I can get all the FFS and BA desired. it will not help me pass.  My height is always going to be too much of a red flag for most guyz. :(
I am finding hope in men who appreciate tall #GirlsLikeUs.  Hello Grindr!
Added: A stealth friend recommended getting my legs shortened by 4 inch's.  Even drew out a diagram to demonstrate how it could be done. :-\
