As i said:
Before SRS -> its okay, some regrowth, no hairloss, perfect skin
After SRS -> desaster, hairloss, regrowth goes back, skin is very rough and dry
Ive the same things ive tried and explored over the years and tested for good. Only change is SRS.
On SRS, your body is subject to stress and an array of chemicals, for anaestesia and pain relief.
Also after removal of gonads there might be feedback loops which signal low testosterone, and the endocrine system tries to produce testo wherever possible. This should even out over some time.
I'd say eat healthy, do some light exercises, and after some times things should come back to normal.
Anti androgens as you said might help, and it might take some time until hormone levels find a new basis.
I personally would look for estrogen well in the female level, some bioidentical progesterone and wait until t levels out.
t levels should not be zero though... they should also be in the female range.
