As someone who already walked hundreds of kilometers, part of which in order to learn
feminine walk, I can second that unnatural walk will give pain and soon. Before HRT too.
What I ended up doing there is:
- moving whole legs, as if the primary mass was around the thighs and the rear
- moving shoulders more parallel if I have to, so never swing with them. Also unlocked them to move up and down as I walk, upon need
- less movements of arms in shoulders, more in the elbows; keep hands at the waist level at any excuse to do so; keep the upper arms a little apart from the rib cage
- straightened up my back, as if my breast were not a pair of socks; as if there was some weight
I am happy with results I see in glass while on the streets.
If I connected the dots right, walking may get a little less comfortable once HRT effects start to show, because the bone structure is there as it was, but the rear and thighs get more volume.
