Ms. Grace : Well, as I said, my wife and other female friends say they did talk about it. (Partly *because* they were all worried and comparing!) I have no idea what's true generally. :)

These days, it's possible to find so many naked women on the internet that I suspect modern girls have other issues...!

For those who haven't seen this site, I highly recommend it if you are interested in seeing what normal women's breasts and nipples look like in a non-sexual context. It's an eye-opener really.
Started HRT on September 1st, 2015.

i have seen that website before and it is great to normal boobs, what i do find weird is how cup size differs so much with one person saying they are a b cup next a person thats a c cup and the b's look a lot bigger compared to the c cup. i know band size make a difference like if you go down a band size you can normally go up a cup size and its about the same (i can either wear a 36C or a 38B) but the differences just seem wild. and obviously a lot of people do wear the wrong size bra.

basically, like the size of your band size is what determines cup size. Its such a misconception that a D cup is big and like a B or an A is always small. Cup sizes alone don't mean anything without the band size. Then there's all kinds of different breast shapes which also make a big difference in what kind of bra will fit you best. A lot goes into bra sizing.

116 days / ~17 weeks / ~4 months:
No noticeable size difference in nipples or areolas.
Dull ache and buds have formed.
Always had sensitive nipples and was able to achieve erection from nipple play pre-HRT.
Now... the sensations are AMAZING!!
Began Therapy: 3/29/18
Came out to first person: 4/9/18

I'm a perky 36b but I have always had unusually long nipples even while growing up in boy mode, depending on warm or cold they can be 1/2" to over 3/4" and wearing a bra I always make sure they are pointing up when confined in there.

My spouse always warns me not to go out in public in a t-shirt braless 😐

Tomorrow is start of week 11 on Estradiol and Spironolactone.  So far, I've noticed small changes in my breasts.  My nipples are much darker (more red), insignificantly wider but more puffy or 3D and my nipple tips are much larger and always hard now.
One strange characteristic I'm seeing that no one else has ever mentioned is circular hair loss around my areoles.  The area of hair loss is slightly larger in size than a silver dollar.  It looked so odd that yesterday I went ahead and shaved my chest a little to blend it in to look more normal.  It is highly unlikely I'll ever be able to go shirtless in public again.
My breasts have not increased in size much.  My pre HRT pics show some growth after 10 weeks but not even a full A cup yet.  That's it.  I guess some of us take longer to see effects than other.

After what time on HRT did you see this first?  I am on for almost 4 weeks now, and I have no sign what so ever that I wear the patch.

Thanks!
I am now for 2 days on the stuff, and still feel nothing!  I don't think my girls have changed much over the course of the last 6 months .  No tingling feeling, nothing!  And all that was pre HTR
