I had surgery with Dr Chettwaut. By all means this isnt his fault. It just how one's body is healed. I happen to be one of the unlucky people who end up with granulation tissue.
Granulation is when your skin heal and it over heal too much where skin grow on top of skin or too much skin heal together. Its red flashy skin and bleeds easily. Which makes dilation very hard and painful.
Yes treating it in the vajaja is definitely hard because after being treated you're not suppose to put pressure on the area for healing. But in this situation since I'm only three months post op. Can't really do that, I gotta dilate otherwise I'll lose depth. Super annoying and this is another reason why its slowing down the healing.
