Ik it's part of growth, but Right now it's like quarter size. When did y'all notice the knot n how long did it take to expand?

Could be something as simple as a cyst or hopefully not something more. My best thought would be to have it seen ASAP by your physician. Earlier is always better when it comes to your body.

It's common to get a knot under your nipples during the first stages of growth, the nipples will continue to mound over time and most likely feel rather painfully sensitive  :icon_chick:

Buds! And buds bloom into flowers, or boobs, depending on the bud.

Mine started as pea-size about a week to a week and a half in, and are about 1.5 inches at 10.5 weeks.

Still very tender and painful and hoping for more growth soon.

If you've ever seen Snoopy's nose, I do a good impression right now.

i highly doubt the knots are cysts considering the knots are both under only the nipples in the exact same spot n the knots themselves don't hurt. My nipples are the only thing that's. hurting .

It took a few years for mine to fully expand and round out. Then I hit stage 4 in both breasts so now it looks like I have a 2nd mound.

When it comes to breast development there is a very wide average. For some the bud/knot is only there for a short while, for others quite some time. You've only been on HRT for a few months, yes? Your body is still gearing up for the changes you can expect over the next year or so.

One month is very, very early in the game... you've got at least 17-23 months (and beyond) ahead of you yet.

After a year mine is a little over 2" across and kind of flat.  Actually it's been like that a while and hasn't changed.  Is that normal?  And does it stay like that forever, or get bigger, or eventually disappear?  I'm kind of in the dark about this.

Naughty Knotty breast buds
Abounding and mounding
Bump them up against something
And a loud yipe!!!

I developed breast buds after a couple of months on estradiol and spiro.  They were about the size of a quarter. The lumps have since disappeared, but my breasts hurt all the time. They're very sensitive. I'm a little disappointed my areolas have not gotten bigger, but it has only been six months.

Breast buds are part of your mammary glands, they are here to stay. They may get bigger but wont dissapear

I remember getting those directly underneath the nipple at about a week on hrt. It was really sensitive whenever I pushed down on it.
