Hi everyone:

So, I just had surgery yesterday. Before I go into details let me mention what I've had done in the past. Firstly, I had rhinoplasty and breast implants in 2007. Next I had FFS in 2012 And thirdly I had SRS in 2015.

I was pretty content and passible but I wanted a more feminine figure and there were some things I was not happy with on my face. I had a combination of hip implants and fat grafting to my hips. The fat came from my abdomen, love handles, and back. OMG I haven't seen myself naked yet but wow, the results are everything. Even though I had a big butt, my hips were narrow and shoulders broad. Now I have an hour glass shape. Its amazing. I am so happy.

I also decided to add a small chin implant to triangulate my face as it was too round. I had liposuction to my neck and under chin, had scar revision and another mini lip lift. Next week I will be getting injections to my cheeks laterally.

It's all looking awesome so far. I think after this I will feel complete. I came to Canada for surgery. If you have any questions, ask away. I know hip implants aren't as common. I know I found very limited info out there and very few surgeons do this type of surgery.

Quick update:

So, I feel no pain on my face nor abdomen area. However, it is quite difficult to walk due to the hip implants and it is a bit painful when the percocet wears off. I use a walker to help maneuver myself around and luckily I have a relative here with me to hep as well.

Congratulations Jen; I'm glad you are doing well, and hopefully you will be able to walk without assistance soon. And if you don't mind sharing, who did your surgery?

Thank you! I hope so too. My first post-op appointment with him is on Monday. Dr. Marc DuPéré from the Visage Clinic did my surgery. He is a wonderful artist who listens to you and only recommends what he really feels you need. I also love his bedside manner, very kind and gentle and has a great sense of humor.

Today is postop day 3. Yesterday has been the worse so far. Very difficult for me to reposition myself, much less walk. I have to use a walker for assistance. Today I'm a little better. I'm a little quicker yet im very swollen all over.

I would post before/after pic but don't know how. What would be the easiest way?
