Congrats!!!! Welcome to the roller coaster !!! Lol
HRT can be a roller coaster ride of emotions, be prepared for a 2nd puberty. Days of feeling wonderful and days where you just feel things are moving a bit slow and you just want to be the you that you know you are and be there already.   Grats on starting.

Thanks Joanna for welcoming me and giving me some information to check out! :) I am on day 10 right now and the first nine days were absolutely surges of pleasure and joy, but today I feel a bit depressed. I look at myself in the mirror and like what Brinna said, I just want the results to come quicker already! I'm eating some oatmeal with cinnamon right now to see if that will help me regain some composure. I want so badly to fit into society as a woman. Being viewed as a guy isn't fun. If I hear one more male surname my cat claws are coming out! (MEOW!) This definitely feels like a 2nd puberty. lol

For me it was the first 5 days I felt happy and amazing, then I went into a depressed slump for about 3 days, but then I came back up to a middle ground of feeling better and happy, but not crazy happy like I was in the beginning. I'm 19 days in, almost 3 weeks, and the past couple of days I've had pains in my breasts around the nipples. Also my sleeping patterns have changed some along with my skin feeling a little softer and increased sensitivity to some things such as temperature. There have been small changes so just have to be patient and take it as it comes! And it's not fun being viewed as a guy, but I am forced to live with it as my parents refused to see me as anything else until I'm further in my transition.
