If they don't like how you look, but you're comfortable with yourself, screw them.  Beautiful people come in all shapes and sizes. Don't you think on that one bit.  If you want to lose weight for your own health, good for you. If you want to change yourself based on a couple of body shamers giving you crap, you're doing it for the wrong reasons.

Cut out sugar.
Swap carbs for vegetables.
Exercise.

Lather, rinse, repeat.

Thank you everyone for the replies, especially the very long ones. I went yesterday with only eating a tiny breakfast and lunch and for dinner I just had a small salad with a small sausage. Today was similar. Tiny breakfast and lunch and I'll probably have a small dinner again. It's hard for me to stop doing this even though I just recently started. I want to pass and being thin is one more advantage that I can have.

well, here is an update. I still have tiny meals and I think I'm losing weight. There was a time though that I vomited soon after eating, so I don't know if that is related. I plan to keep this up until I have a flat stomach. My biggest problem is I feel so hungry all the time.

I haven't started transitioning yet but I am working on losing weight. One thing that has worked for me so far is to keep track of what I eat. You would be surprised what you are actually eating when you write it all down or use a food database to track it.  I am using the MyFitnessPal app. It has a huge food database and is easy to use. Good luck. I still have a ways to go too. I am currently at 225 at 6-2.

I've been using Myfitnesspal for 5 years and it really is the best place to track a diet.  It also has really good forums for diet and exercise advice.

Trust me you do not want to be anorexic, I had anorexia (not Anorexia Nervosa or Bulimia) induced by severe nausea caused my h pylori infection(it's not fun) I had malnutrition, I felt like I was going to die, my hair was falling out, I became bed ridden, and I quickly gained the weight back after treatment of the infection.

besides my short bout of anorexia I was obese most of my life, about five years ago I decide that my weight was ruining my life and that I would make a change. I have at this point lost 60 lbs. I eat 4 large vegi based meals a day, I get at least 30 g of fiber every day(all from food), eat at least three cups of vegis and three whole fruits, I don't drink calories and I exercise for at lest an hour a day (I stared with just walking and now I'm doing HIIT, weight lifting and jogging.) losing weight is not always how much you eat but what you eat.
