Greetings my fellow humanites, I have been away but still here in San Francisco. I wanted to let you all know what has been happening to me lately and I would like to share with you how things are now after a year of effective hrt (there was a 2 month gap without hrt) Things have been up and down and all around.

I have become a member of my church officially (but haven't been due to living in San Jose for 4 months)

I have been seeing doctors and therapists now for close to 1.5 years. So I decided on April 1st (April fools your honor) to file my changes in court to then see a judge on may 24th for the ruling. I am very happy to start this. Next step would be dmv and social security and then my birth certificate.

I have had a lot of wonderful emotional and mental and spiritual changes the last year. I have also had to endure some hard pain. Dealing with health issues (I got sick twice from pneumonia and nearly died actually...just a week or so from death had I not gotten help. Quite some miserable times being outside and poor a lot.

Now though I am a volunteer at the ymca. I work out and eat better. I got my medical marijuana card now so I can relieve pain (it also helps me feel extra feminine)

Now to top that all off let me please share with you my before and after pics in this thread. I'm gonna pick the worst that I can find (I never saved many full body shots because I was nearing 400 lbs...down to 260-280 depending today. (but i gained a full c size cup already in my bra lol) I am still looking to reach 175-200 lbs though. That tummy holds me back and makes me look more male.

I am not trying to boast, just wanted you to know that its possible to keep trucking away like a boss and ignore the ones who don't understand why we are what we are. Blessings

P.S. So Im still without a job, But I have been looking for options. I have been getting a few people telling me I could be a plus size model, which I found interesting. But we shall see.

I just want to say congratulations on such a massive change!

I'm absolutely amazed by the amount of weight you managed to lose over that time, that must have been incredibly difficult especially while on HRT.

You are an inspiration :D

I still get called sir though especially if I don't wear make up and dress up.  I'm actually gaining weight again now 275 but it's in my bra... And Butt finally lol.  A healthy being for me would be 175 to 205 and meaning I can wear size 13 instead of 18/20 dress  and pants. I suppose  being six feet tall and large frame (except my face hands and legs)  adds to masculinity too.
