I need help from other people to get this strange dream explained. Do this dream try to tell me something and do it mean something else than the earlier dreams I had? I do talk about it home with my family to figure it out. But I want more theories.
-
It was a sleeping paralysis (Not a normal dream) where I "dreamed" something similar to what I did earlier. According to my diary I had a rape sleeping paralysis ca. 3 - 4 April. This time I had the paralysis 2. May.
I slept at my back the first part of the paralysis and suddenly a fair white haired woman appeared in the room. In the beginning she just stand there and she didn't say a word. Then she crawled under my sheet and held me. She stroke me around my body against my will and I couldn't move myself due paralysis. She also licked a certain place. I admit it tickled a bit. I felt a bit uncomfortable, even though she was pretty and cute. I tried to talk, but could barely whispering. The woman was a character from a TV-show. I whispered, "Can you stop doing it, Dany?". She still continue doing sexual stuffs. But she was more calm and careful than the two men from my earlier sleeping paralysis. After she had done much stuffs, I waked up from my paralysis. Then I turned on the light and lied at the side instead of my back. I hoped the paralysis to stop. But it didn't. She slowly returned and it felt real.
-
Her arms held tightly around me. She wasn't angry, she was still calm. I disliked when she touch my private area. If I could, I would off course push her away and run away. Total I waked two - three times up from the paralysis, moved myself a bit and then fell back to the paralysis, so the "dream" continued. The tickling, the licking, stroking, having her head at my chest etc. felt so real. I could see her in the room sometime and I could feel her. How real it felt scared me a bit, even though I knew it was a paralysis. The first rape dream (it's a normal dream) I won over a rapist after a fight and then he got arrested. The second (that is a paralysis) I got raped by the same rapist including a Swedish who attempted, but got killed in self defense. This paralysis that is the third rape related it was a white haired woman who raped me. She's a TV-series character called Daenerys Targaryen.
-
If you wondered, I think I'm attracted to only guys, not women. :) By the way, that dream where I won over the rapist in a fight and the paralysis I had now, it wasn't any gender dysphoria related. I felt like a cis-guy in both of them. But the nightmare where two guys attempted at me, it was dysphoria related.

She looked like this in the sleeping paralysis. She was calm, careful and innocent looking. But she was also determined.

- what does she mean to you ? To you, what does she stand for ?

- is it possible you have some pent up erotic energies ?
You might try to see it as love energy.
And look ito magic wands or smart wands lage, they allow stimulation of a whole area and a feeling detached from body parts.
Don't overexert yourself, some people use a soft cloth in between because they are powerful.

- the dream seems almost translucent. Next time try to be aware you are in a dream, and try to gain control of the surrounding and transmute it into a picture of paradise.

- try to avoid disturbing pictures half an hour or an hour before going to sleep.

- were there some common things that might induce that kind of dream ?
Heavy eating before going to bed ... stress ... etc ...

You might try to consciously relax before going to bed. Thinking of something nice, reading a nice book, calming down for a few minutes, sipping on a tea ....

Thanks for the explaining. :)
Honestly, I'm not attracted to the character. I wouldn't have sex with her or date her. In the TV-series she seems nice. She wanted to free more than thousand slaves, something that is good. She fought for slaves' rights. But she could be a bit strict as a queen as well.

During the rape, I knew I were in a sleeping paralysis, aka waken during a dream. But gaining control isn't easy. Thanks for the advice anyway.

Nice time stamp

If you let your mind wander ... what do you connect with her ?
Strictness ? What else ... what ssociations come up ?  :)

The moment you realize you are in a dream you can control it. You consciously can make changes , fly away, have an exit appear, etc .
It may be possible to get into a dreamscape you remember and like, like flying there.

Did you notice some common things when those dreams appeared, before going to bed ? Watching tv late ...
eating heavy before going to bed ... etc ? Eating heavy late can have a big influence on how people sleep for example.

On a positive note, the image has changed, from a violent one to a more soft one.
Could it be you changed your attitude towards love, accepting it more and seeing it as a possible exchange of love ? So maybe repression or violence would not be necessary ?

Dany is indeed strict sometimes. But she cares about many people, since she fought for the slaves' rights in the TV-show. She wanted to free many thousand people. She also have a badass attitude over herself. She are clever to show people who's the boss via how she talk etc. She stands for what she think is right in many cases in the show too.

Often I do go to bed a bit late, use screens (like phone, TV, PC etc.) and a few times I do eat evening food late as well.

Perhaps I get more used to sleeping paralysis since the person this time weren't so violent as they in the earlier nightmares. You're wise and have much knowledge about this topic by the way.

Man, that is scary! She sounds like one of those succubus demon babes from anime. Pardon me, but at the same time, that sounds pretty hot...

It wasn't hot, it was uncomfortable and pretty much disgusting when she did that licking act. If I do make love volunteering with a person I think is attractive, it's hot. But this is not.

UPDATE:
I had some pictures of the woman stuck in my head a couple of days. I can't control it and the pictures have been there often. I think it's a creepy reminder of the nightmare and it seems like she is trying to warn me of something. Perhaps a new nightmare. I have been a bit nervous, I admit. Not enough with that, I'm total feed up with her. I want this picture in my head to disappear. :/

This picture is the most scary one in my opinion. I don't think she looks scary. She looks cute and pretty. Maybe there are something in my subconscious I don't know about. I have no idea. She looked like this in the dream. She didn't wore so much clothes in that nightmare.

I has that picture in my head as well. But I doesn't get a creepy feeling about it, just a feed up feeling. But the first one I think is scary. Both pictures disappear when I do draw or do something very funny.

Try to relax, take a few deep breaths, try to concentrate on your body.
Try to look at your hands or at something where you are, to come back into the moment.

Try to see her filled with white light. See her being dissolved by white light.

or  you could talk to her ... asking her a few questions ... its like lucid dreaming ...

Many people believe in angels, regardless of religion.
You could see yourself protected by a white angel.
This could help you relax subconsciously.

Try to reduce stress. Maybe taking a short walk, or doing a few exercises might help work off stress hormones.

Do you take any meds where this could be a side effect ?
