Hello,

I'm having trouble gathering info on surgeons that are familiar with trans girls and have performed their BA surgery numerous times, and was wondering if anyone could direct me to some useful info and/or the way to approach this subject. I am willing to travel anywhere because I live in a country where doctors are very inexperienced when it comes to treating trans girls.

I understand that many of you have done BA concurrently with SRS but am planning on getting BA this summer and then SRS in late 2017. Have yet to decide on which doctor I will go with for SRS (looking into Suporn, Sinclair, Brassard, McGinn to name a few).

My budget is around $6-6.5K excluding travel and other expenses for BA.

My guess is that these reputable SRS surgeons we often talk about on here are experienced with trans girls in general, so I should probably look into them for their BA results and reviews as well, should they exist... However, I'm also curious about Spiegel and other famous plastic surgeons who don't specialize in SRS at the same time.

Thanks  :)

P.S.  I didn't mention Meltzer because I read negative comments in this forum about their lack of aftercare. Aftercare is important.

I had my BA done by Dr. Chettawut (500cc silicone implants placed sub muscular via armpit incisions), I am happy with the results; I have had surgery with 3 plastic surgeons, and the aftercare I received in Thailand was the best, because a Nurse visited me every morning to clean my incision sites, change bandages, etc., and there was no additional cost involved.

Suporn has a wait list of over a year for surgery. You can find an up to date schedule online with Google. I'd definitely choose him for srs, and I believe he's very good at ba too.

You look great, kitten  :D
I've also read that aftercare in Thailand is superb! I'm leaning towards Thai surgeons now.

Alas!  :-\
I thought that calendar was for only SRS... too bad.

Other than Suporn, Chett/Kamol/Greechart have been mentioned to give satisfactory results for BA, so I will also consider them. Not all of them carries INSPIRA®, so that's something that has to be factored in.

I'm not 100% sure that calendar applies for BA. I've heard the wait list for revisions is much shorter. You could ask them easily enough.

Check out PAI as well. Its at a major hospital, and Warlockmaker did some impressive research in picking the place.

I've posted this a few times. Its regarding SRS with Suporn

I've read that comprehensive report actually! It was so detail oriented and her level of preparation and thinking ahead amazed me  :o

So I've been doing my research almost day and night and have concluded that most, if not all, surgeons in Thailand don't yet have access to a specific implant that I want (INSPIRA ®)... :(

Also I've realized that Spiegel probably doesn't offer BA, so I'm left with the usual Sinclair, Brassard, Bower plus I've discovered Dr. Scott Mosser (SF) and Dr. Eric Emerson (NC). Mosser's results look quite attractive too. There's no info on Emerson but he's kinda hot, so why not :p

I can't say I know anything about INSPIRA. What's interesting about it?

INSPIRA ® is the 5th generation implants and is the latest Natrelle ® product. They are more cohesive and filled more fully vs. regular Natrelle. It is said to be similar to Sientra 'gummy bear' implants but not the same apparently.

I haven't heard back from surgeons I contacted via email but am hoping ones in Europe and the U.S. use INSPIRA...
Reached out to the following doctors:

U.S.
Harrison Lee (over a phone consultation only)
Gary Alter (got back to me within 10 hours. he has INSPIRA. I will need to send in my chest photos for a quote)
Alex Sinclair
Eric Emerson (didn't tell me what they used in reply)
Joel Beck
Timothy Alexander
Stephen Gordon
Canada
Brassard
Europe
Noorman Van der Dussen
Thailand
Suporn (they use Allergan's among others but not sure about INSPIRA; waiting for a reply)
Greechart (no INSPIRA)
Bumrungrad hospital
Preach (they use Allergan's but didn't specify INSPIRA; waiting for confirmation)
Kamol

Hm there might be surgeons willing to use products you provide, or you can point a source to.

Have you considered trying natural methods ?

Some people had results from noogleberry ...
just keep suction low ...

Hi Laura,

Thanks for the PM :) It was very comprehensive & well summarized, very informative (some disturbing) and confirmed my findings too!

Do you mean I should buy the implants and bring them to a doctor to use?
When I pitched INSPIRA ® to some clinics in Thailand, they replied to me and said they would need to import the product from the U.S., so it's not possible... OK understandable. maybe in a few years' time, but I can't wait that long.

As for boobs, noogleberry! I didn't think about that one haha
Might help to grow my breast tissue. I'm on HRT for almost 12 months now, but people say ideally you want to be on for 18 months before BA, but I don't think I will get any bigger within the next 6 months to be honest. In fact my size hast changed from 6 months ago...
As a natural method, I'm going to try <Not Allowed> from Thailand in my cold pressed juice from now on. People say that will grow your breasts!

There should be many possible ways to get them to a surgeon. If they do not need special training (even then there might be training materials like dvd's from the manufacturer, you might aks) you might either carry them along or order them and have them dispatched to a place of your choice.

It really helped for some people.
There is a somewhat similar method called brava system which is approved.

The breast massage also. Imo the natural methods are with the least possible side effects.
There are quite a few people who say it helped.

You could try Dr Stephen W Gordon in Las Vegas. He uses the Natrell and Sientra and is very good for TG.

Bukowski's coordinator didn't answer my question... crossing him out.

That's quite aggressive but might work! Who knows? :D But I will ask them in advance if that's allowed to supply my own. I don't wanna travel thousands of miles only to be turned down. Tho I'm a bit anxious of doing so, because I will be their guinea pig in that way and potentially paying more (additional cost of implant). :-X

I actually started massaging them a few days ago and while I'm not doing it enough, I can feel softness around my chest. Or maybe it's just because of something that I ate lol

You might massage them twic a day, maybe with oil ... some people use coconut oil, or a massage oil suitable for that purpose...
for five to ten minutes ...
if you would do it for a week you might see if it works for you and if you want to keep it up ...

there are people who have results, as seen in the link above .

Actually I have looked at Timothy before. Can't remember why I didn't include him in my list. Emailed him to see if he uses the implant I want.

And Stephen Gordon looks popular amongst cis women. I wish there were more reviews from trans girls. Also emailed.

Update:
Harrison Lee's office
I provided a US mobile number and they left a voice message telling me to call... ugh I live outside the U.S.

Hey bunnygirl,

I had ba with Greechart about 10 years ago and i still very happy with my results and the care i got a yanhee was good.I am looking at a redo now because implants needs to be replaced every 10 to 15 years and i might go to Dr Don Revis in Fort Lauderdale because he of  his technique of internal suteres to keep the implants in the right place, so you might look into him to he has some experiance with transgender woman.
