Has anyone here pursued surgery to get the size of their buttocks reduced? I've been considering it and I'd just like to hear some trans guys' experiences with that kind of surgery.

Butt reduction? Nope.
I personally don't think the fat down there is particularity much on me, at least no more than a cis male. I've had fairly skinny thighs and legs all my life. My hips, as in the bone, however are large and I'd cut them smaller if it were a thing. Someone needs to invent hip reduction.

There is a surgery and it's called Liposuction. There is a limit to how much material can be removed in a session but a skilled doctor should be able to tell you what's possible in a procedure.

As a part of my bottom surgery, I have the option to choose between a butt lift or a mini tummy tuck. I'm opting for the mini tummy tuck.

The most common lipo done on FTMs is usually a hip contouring that gets done during top surgery. I actually can't think of anyone off the top of my head that has had any work done on their butt.

Would a lean diet with enough protein for muscle buildup help ?
