It is unlikely that any food eaten in an healthy amount will provide any feminization.

Cut all satured fat you can, it increase testosterone production. Avoid red meat whenever you can as it also bring increased testosterone. Avoid garlic and onions as well as they tend to boost testosterone too.

You won't see any feminization with that but you can at least lower your T.

I will redirect you to this old post :

It's a good base to follow. There is dong quai that may help with feminization too, but without prescription hormones they won't be of any use. Dong quai might also become toxic in high quantity so don't try to self medicate with it.

If you really want to transition, you may have to move unfortunately.

If you are on HRT with consistent monitoring with your health professional, you should never worry about food consumption since your regimen will handle T production and restrict it  at best to castrate levels.

Unfortunately, feminization could be slow or fast for anyone as ymmv. If you have not seen any improvement after your 2 yr mark on HRT. Then, you may consider surgical solutions as commonly advised.

My advise is you work with your health professional, you may need to tweak your regimen and hopefully that could assist you.

All the best!

Nothing ventured nothing gained

Not true and scientifically unsubstantiated. I eat lots of red meat and saturated fat, my testosterone levels are VERY low, at 8 ng/dl, free T undetectable. I am also healthy. :)

I eat those too. No problems.

No such things as foods that can feminize. Only the right hormones. ;)
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

On HRT since early 2004
Post-op since late 2005

That sounds like the worst diet ever. I love a steak with some fried garlic and onions!

As far as I understand, prescribed feminizing hormones are the only way to feminize a "male" body ... But have you considered dressing (including breast forms and/or hip padding), makeup (specifically contouring), wigs, etc?

Pssh... says you.

I eat minced rainbows, periwinkle candycane pie, sugar sprinkles on iced ponies, tulip bouquet soufflé, and a vanilla silk & fur cake with cocoa lace for dessert.

IT WORKS
