I am about to start on HRT and would like to hear from anyone who has been on a physical regime and HRT. I currently power walk 3 miles, a minimum of 4 days a week and typically 5. Follow that up with 2 sets of push ups of 35 reps, and 2 sets of sit ups of 45 reps. I know that I can expect to lose some muscle mass and I am ok with that, what I do not want to lose if possible is the ability to maintain what I am currently doing. Am I asking for to much?
