So I'm curious as to how long someone could possibly be on full dose of her and blockers before they could no longer hide it maybe if they wore baggier clothes and compression shirts so people wouldn't notice breast growth or is the change just to drastic to hide?

It depends on what you mean by hide.  If you mean completely undetectable probably less than a year.  If you mean still able to present male then as long as you want.

So what you are saying in a year or less people are going to at least be wondering what's going on?

In my experience things like your face and body fat distribution will change enough that they look different than before.  Unless you live and work in a place where this is common it's doubtful anybody will think HRT.  They may notice and talk though.  They do about me but I have grown my hair long and don't really try very hard to conceal anything.  Even with that, it has not caused me any problems and the novelty has worn off for most of those that were joking around before.

It depends on how you look. I spent over a year hiding my changes.
