Given my breast growth, I am considering experimenting with Motilium.  Who is or has taken Motilium?

Talk to your doctor, but I don't think it'll do anything positive for you hormonally.  It's only actions on hormones are on dopamine, which indirectly increases prolactin.  Neither have any substantial benefit in a testicled body towards feminization.  They are signalling hormones, and prolactin signals the release of other signalling hormones, which signal the release of sex hormones.  In a testicled body all that'll do is make your HRT have to work harder.  If your testicles are already removed it won't do anything to sex hormones.

Or at least, that's my non-professional opinion.

You shouldn't be experimenting with anything. Talk to your doctor.

I tried it a for a while in the hopes of getting more development. It makes my breasts swell quite a bit while I'm on it. I find it a bit like progesterone in that I don't know if it either one has long term benefit, but I do definitely notice (and like) it short term.

I'd be careful with it, as its is banned in the USA and has some restrictions elsewhere. I don't think there's any restrictions here in Australia.

It will also make your prolactin levels very high, which will show up in blood tests.

Prolactin will go up with this medication and is one of the hormones that plays a role in breast development. Estrogen and progesterone also stimulate prolactin synthesis.
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

On HRT since early 2004
