Losing weight will help a lot with your overall size, but if you have a lot of muscle, it will hang around for a while, so you will be smaller but still muscular and more defined looking than most women. I just do cardio workouts and flexibility exercises, and have been on HRT for several years, so most of the muscle I had has drastically atrophied, but I still have some areas that are a little more bulky than I would like.
