I live close to McAllen Texas.. I'm not really close to the big cities or the capital Dx
I'm just wondering if there's any support groups close to McAllen Texas.

Valley area would probably be difficult just because of the wide expanse down there...

Fort Worth ought to have something available though...cannot imagine everyone drives to Dallas.  That being said, I could also easily envision the metroplex having a lot more of the smaller, more close-knit groups where it is more of a coffee klatch.

If there is something in Ft Worth or South Central DFW, that would be great. I have found GEAR in Dallas to be the metroplex go to place.

Is she at GEAR? It seems like there are now 4 of us in the DFW area, maybe we should get together on CHAT, Susan's or GMAIL sometime soon.

Hi Sandra,

I dont think Felicia is at GEAR, though I have been reading up on it.

I can't PM you back since I"m a newbie and dont have that ability yet :-P.

You can IM me at veronicalynn79@hotmail.com anytime, that goes for anyone that would like to talk about stuff in the DFW area :-)

Hi VeronicaLynn79! It was nice meeting you this past weekend. I've been finding the neighborhood around the caven clubs to be extremely safe and inviting. GEAR puts together some great meetings. You can find me on twitter, @TS_KS . Some of the mailgroups NTGenderFriends and the meetup groups Feminine Expressions to be very helpful as well. My wife and children plus school, work, and a few other things are making it very hard to pretend to have a social life or free time, but if I can make it, I make the most of it. The boy facade is getting very very tiresome. Whats the deal to be able to respond to PMs here?

You need a certain number of posts to be able to respond to PMs and post an avatar pic and other stuff. You need 15 to send PMs.

Once, I thought of attending such a group. I contacted the office, and never heard back. They come, and they go. Even finding a counselor is hard these days... especially if you don't live in DFW, Austin, or Houston. Thankfully, I already have my hormonal and surgical reference letters.
