As of today I am 3 weeks away from my DI surgery and I have been trying to mentally prepare for months.
I'll always be iffy about scarring, and I know to look at results that are 6 months or more so really get a full understanding on what they might look like, and I've already done a lot of research for almost three years on what to expect so I'm already good to go for that.
Aside from the scars that will be on my chest I've been having constant thoughts and concerns at the back of my head about my nipples.
I've been hearing about this tattooing of the nipples and it's caught my attention especially after looking at the tattoo results. I'm very impressed and they look like something that I would prefer to have on my chest rather than not knowing for sure if they might look like blobs because of how I might heal or how they will be placed.
I also live nearby at least 5 different nipple tattoo artists so that's not my concern.
I know some people don't care about what their nipples look like, but unfortunately I'm kinda vain as hell so I'd love to hear about anyone's experience!
Also, if you did opt for completely getting rid of your grafts how long did you have to wait until you got them done?
If you ended up tattooing on top of your grafts how long did you wait and how much did it hurt?
