The hair is a lace front unfortunately, i'm mixed race so my hair is just a frizz ball

Oh let it grow out anyhow!
I have quiet a few black friends who never seem to want to grow ther hair out, I don't know why... is it really anoying at the stage before you can straighten it?
You look stunning though, get it growing!

it does take a while to get it to a length that will look good straightened, and even then it's really damaging for afro hair unless you take really good care of it. there's never really a chance of being able to roll out of bed and go with it either. I have to wash it every morning and then style it which takes a bit of time.
I think a lot of black girls use wigs for the convenience, and also being able to have long, silky hair which is the complete opposite of our hair type haha!
I think I will grow it out and have it in braids under lace wigs when I fully start my transition though

Aww thanks Taken the other day in the work car park by accident as I was using my phone as a mirror and pressed the button!! Wasn't a bad shot so used it anyway despite me only just recovering from a near death illness haha (jokes, it was just a bad bug!!)

Thanks so much!! Still love it, stylist has done an amazing job, I've been back for a wash and blow dry and no issues to report, haven't had any moulting and no loose bonds this time. It's been money well spent I think and the colour has really gone down well with everyone and I think it suits so it's staying for the foreseeable. My head hasn't felt this heavy in years though, there's 350g+ of extensions in there!!
