Sometime headaches are good ...specially after a psy interview or as happened today ...after I wrote some memories .I think if I have these headaches I'm on a good path . I should consider the theories I write
You folks did you have the same thoughts about ?

I'm glad someone gets something positive from headaches. I've had headaches my whole life and about once a week or so I'll get one bad enough that it becomes completely debilitating. My only recourse is to give up on the day and lay in bed until the next day.

I usually get stress headaches, so I don't consider them good because they are a result of my high stress levels which I already have a hard time keeping down anyways. If a headache is caused by good mental progress, and it results in bad high stress levels (sometimes panic attacks), then to me, it just evened itself. Ibuprofen is my friend. :)
That is a very positive outlook though, so go with what works. The happier the better. :)
To be who you want to be
and generally happy,
is better than to be who you're not
while living in mental pain.

i noticed those one only after some psycologyst interview and then also with psychiatric...i didn't realize the reason but it was like a memory turning back or accept something like a flashback in the mind. I think this is the  reason of dejavus also.
