Its a process fixed before birth, so its nobodys fault, not an upbringing or whatever.

It simply is, its a way people are. Its how people really feel, and transgender people have been around in all cultures.
Depending on severity there is a spectrum, from i.e. people with androgynous outfit to full transition.
The usual solution is to adapt the body to how people feel.

changes to hair and clothing style...
hair can be kept in a ponytail in guy mode ...
second hand stores can be a good source for clothes ...
