Sometimes it just hurts. Sometimes, it goes from feeling something incredible (and getting very wet) for 10 sec then numbness (also completely stop producing lubrification liquid) then 5-10min later I feel something great again for a couple of seconds and then nothing. Sometimes, I can feel something sexually but it's so small and insignificant, it's like there's no way to get any close to a real pleasure.

I tried alone with my hands, alone with a g-spot massager (lelo), alone with a weak vibrator, alone with a strong vibrator (magic wand), alone with a pillow, with my gf's hands, with my gf's hands and a g-spot vibrator, with my gf's using a small vibrator on me.

Nothing works.

I guess I should wait another 9 months since it can take one year and half to get sensations supposedly (although almost everybody here can orgasm much sooner than that). Time hasn't helped much so far except making me think that I'm a lost cause.

I have seen my endo btw and he said that I lacked estrogen so he gave me more but that didn't make any difference since I've been on higher dosage for 2 weeks already. He didn't want to give me testosterone to try, he won't see me until in 6 months anyways.

Have you tried with something like what triggers you pre op? Sometimes it is a mind game, when I am in the mood and with the right state of mind it is easy. When I am watching the news and have toys humming along it doesn't do a thing.

Yes, my gf does it for me when she's there and when I'm alone I watch porn that gets me really aroused before starting.

I knew one woman from Brassard who had complete numbness (no feeling at all) until about the 2-year mark, and then she was suddenly able to orgasm again, so there's still hope. Nerves are weird, and they can take a long time to recover. The fact that you do have some sensation and some reactions is actually a pretty good sign.

I'm sorry you're dealing with this.

I was very sexually active as a male and my greatest fear was that post op I may not have orgasmn. Thanks to a dear friend, who had surgery at the same time, I have great orgasmn at 4 months.

As a male it was easy for an orgasmn,  I had a hard on and the rest just came, especially of I was watching porn. So now as a female I watch porn but to my great amazement the sounds arouse me more and I find I need to concentrate much more and it takes more time.  When I first watched a porn I turned the sounds up and used my fingers first then switched to a magic wand. It still took 1/2 an hour and like you described the arousal feelings would come and go. Be persistent and take your time. So much is in the mind.

I was at 12 months before getting any pleasure. Most of the work went into being calm, relaxed and less self-aware. The last thing pleasure needs is rushing it...

These days, I just let it happen... when the body feels like it, it may happen. If it happens, it happens. I won't force anything to happen anymore, that's clearly not working for me.

it took me more than 12 months too.. i just let it naturally happen. just wait for a moment when you really in the mood and then just let it naturally happen.

al the times I TRIED it didnt work.. only after this one time i just was relaxed and enjoying the moment and after that it always worked..

Within 6 months I was orgasmic. 

I know some doctors are very worrisome about using too much anesthesia during the procedure and healup. 

My Dr. Seghers made me suffer and told me that if I felt pain it was a positive thing because  the nerve endings are growing back to normal.  I will be orgasmic. 

I've also come across quite a few girls that said they have no pain but also mentioned they were not orgasmic so I'm thinking there may be some truths to Segher's pain worry.

FWIW I don't have intense feelings down there... but I had a lot of clitoral necrosis post surgery back in 1998.

I don't prescribe to the pain for early pleasure pitch. I had zero pain post op and so did my girlswho had srs at the same time. We all had orgasmn after 3 months. We all had it done in Thailand...maybe the warm weather... lol

Perhaps.  I've just noticed a very common "no pain" situations in all girls I personally know as non-orgasmic.

I also know my Surgeon always said it's great to have pain and sensation after your SRS which in theory makes complete sense.

He has to be dead by now.  He as so old when I saw him and that was back in 1992.

I think i was the youngest Transsexual that he ever performed and SRS on, at that time was. I was 19/cusp of 20 when I had mine done.

I was always paranoid that I wouldn't have any sensation or orgasm because so many Drag Queens and Pre-Ops always preached against it and made up these stories which  all turned out to be false.

I'd never go to a surgeon who had a reputation for that. Its one of the reasons I'm interested in Thailand as I suspect they have a more liberal approach to pain killers than in the USA or Australia.

I know Toby Meltzer is totally pain killer crazy and the appearance is stunning.   I don't know about Australia.

I am so glad I went to Europe.  I never would have chosen a third world country for my SRS.  And during my time Preecha was performing the surgeries with very poor results.

I've never heard of any link between painkillers and sensation before, and I don't see why there would be a link. I've heard it suggested that there is a link between long term anti-androgens and sensitivity, but I've no idea if its true.

I'm quite certain the surgeon is a major factor, if he does a poor job.

Currently Thailand in the form of Suporn and Chettawut have a very good reputation for sensitivity, and I've heard it said that Suporn gives you what you need in painkillers. I'm not suggesting they give you to much, just not to little either. It suggest to me its mainly dependent on the surgeon.

There's a really good series of videos on YouTube about some one who sent to Suporn and has some serious pain issues when she  got back. Its a very usual problem, and pain wise nothing really to do with Thailand since most of its in Australia, but I'd not want to have bad pain and not get painkillers (she did get them).

I'm not certain if it's true either, just something common that I noticed in my friends and acquaintances over the past 24years of Post Op life.  I'm always stunned when they said they woke up with zero pain. Just odd to me for a surgery that is so invasive and physically traumatic.

Sex isn't everything but being able to enjoy and function is something realized how important it is to me.

By it depending on the surgeon I mean that if they damage the nerves or cut them, then its guaranteed you won't have sensation.

Probably this one 5 years ago, but all surgeons have significant problems reported. It doesn't mean much by itself (unless its you) and I think his success rate is very good as these things go.

I went to Meltzer and I don't recall a lot of pain from the SRS, but I don't recall getting lot of painkillers either.

I had implants done at the same time as SRS.. When I tried to lift myself up to get out of bed with my arms to avoid putting pressure on the SRS area, (there was a thing above the bed to grab) that REALLY hurt, so I don't think I was on a lot painkillers.

Using painkillers in the post-op stage would not have any effect on resulting sensation, lol. How do people come up with these theories? Painkillers alter how your brain interprets and emotionally responds to pain, they're not doing anything to the physical nerve endings. Most of the pain associated with SRS according to my surgeon is from the external swelling, not the internal canal.

It is coming up on a year sense I have had SCS and it took me all of six month before I had a full orgasm. As I was born with both sex's female was the choice as I have my time of the month and a normal female. But I also never had any orgasms as a man so I can't tell you what the difference is. Now I know that when I'am with my boy friend It takes him a good half hour before he can get me going and WOW it can be wonderful but as a women I have talked to my sisters and they have told me that is normal. When I do start to orgasm it is like a rollercoaster ride as it has a lot of ups and downs. If you can be kept in the mood bye your boy friend and in your own mind it can be wonderful and does not stop till you want to get off the ride. Other times he can try to get me going and it is next to impossible as mood and situation is a big thing with me. I hope this helps you as Please be patient as it should happen in time but it is not like what men are like two minutes and you are off. It is much more intense but takes the time for the ride.
