I'm looking to have a rhinoplasty as well as something done to my chin and dermal fillers for the more hollow parts of my face. I've been on hormones for 3 years and am by and large happy with the outcome, but now want some fine tuning with surgery.

I'm looking to have these procedures done within the next few months with Dr. Spiegel. I am in the adult entertainment industry and should have no trouble affording them but would like an estimate of what I need to save prior to a consultation, and his office was very tight lipped about it.

You state "have these procedures done within the next few months with Dr. Spiegel".  Didn't they provide you a quote?  If you haven't contacted Dr Spiegel yet the best thing to do is contact his office.

A rhinoplasty done by a surgeon in the US costs anywhere from $4k to $12k.  Given that Dr. Spiegel is one of the most prominent (and expensive) FFS surgeons in the world in a very specialized field, I'd expect his pricing for a rhinoplasty alone to be at or above the top of that range.  Add in the other procedures you want done, and you're probably looking at $20k at the very least.

For what you plan on getting done, you might not need a trans specialist.  A local PS can do fillers and some probably do better noses than the trans specialists for quite a bit less.  Now if it's bone work other than nose, id def stick with one of the tranz specialists.

Its very much appreciated greatly what you wrote KimSails about the quote, is what I needed to know how much $$$ it takes to get those procedure done.

The doctors in the usa are too expensive and most aren't even specialists so they don't always work for everyone, especially those who need major bone work.
