Just wondering... for the ones who realized once again about this rather later in life... even before you started HRT... did your penos started to like not function?... I feel like since I've realized about all this.. my penis has gotten smaller and erections are hard to get.. I know it can happen with HRT but does it happen before? My brain is further feminizing? I'm confused.. I mean.. I do know I want to keep it plus is a problem with my girlfriend while I still take decisions of transition and such.
So I know many of you here despise that thing (if you kept it).. did this happened to you?.. Mine feels lifeless now... never had dysphoria because of it.. just always hated it because it's small.

I would ask if you're losing weight or depressed and therefore neglecting yourself? That could cause non functionality. Probably even a size decrease.

Sorry not sure what you meant by neglecting myself ! Size decrease.. it seems like but from what I read not sure that's a thing. It could look smaller but fully erect at full capacity penises would he the same size througout adulthood, unless some condicion is present such as when it curves and such.

By neglect I mean not eating enough and not sleeping well. The only way I can imagine an actual loss of size without HRT is if you're losing weight all round.

Errections are mostly mental.  I'm three plus years on HRT and two years post orchi.  No problem on the physical side.  But far more dependant on mood and desire rather that just hormones.

Mine shrunk 1" when erect on HRT.  probably due to lack of use.....

I've been on hormones for two months.  Mine was never large to begin with.  It has not shrunk much.  I can still get it fully erect if I want to, but I need to do it far less often, and spontaneous erections are a thing of the past.

I have been on herbal and pharmaceutical HRT since February and I still get erections. :-P I wish I didnt.

2 months on hormones and I still get erections. Spontaneous ones too. Kinda sucks right now for tucking.  Maybe things will change in the coming months.
