Depends on the tattoos... the best advice I can give is to ask a tattoo artist for recommendations for add ons or coverups... you can blend existing tattoos into a more feminine sleeve etc... if you like their work and vision, then roll with it.

Mine are comic book tats and cartoons... none of which are considered girly... but nobody calls me on it.

Just still not liking the jaw-width and chin.  Will be patient, and give it a year or so on hormones to see how fat changes the way it looks..
