This is my first post here. For about 5 years I self medicated, then I finally found a doctor who is great with transgender people because her child is transgender.
For the past year I have been seeing her my dosage of Spironolactone has had to increase to <dosages not allowed> twice per day to get my testosterone to reduce enough. That amount of spironolactone is not sustainable for years. It can't be good for my liver, etc...
The solution is to either find another drug that works with my body better, or have an orchiectomy. My question is if I decide to have the orchiectomy, does that ruin the results of GRS in the future, or are there methods now days that doctors use that can still be successful (natural looking, and deep enough) on a person who has had an orchiectomy.
