Last night at the local school's board-game club, I met some out-of-towners who didn't recognize me from the stage or paper.  I was presenting fully as female, wearing a dress and makeup, talking in a feminine voice.  Everyone was friendly and no one made any comments, so if they noticed anything, they didn't let on that I was anyone other than a tall and pretty girl who used to play the Star Wars Tabletop (that's what they were preparing for).  Went to Denny's later with friends, and our waiter knew me, but he was also polite.

I dunno if I totally passed, but I FELT like I was passing, and that's good enough for me. :3

That's awesome! Passing at some point becomes less about them, and more about you. If you look in the mirror and you smile, who cares about the others. But, I get how exciting it is to pass around strangers. I love getting the ma'ams. Best wishes.
