Studies have found that T (testosterone) keeps fat away from waist area because of conversion to estrogen through aromatase so that E (and T) keep your waistline thin. On the other hand, progesterone and progestogens in general, favor fat deposition in female areas like butt, thighs. Certain progestogens, like cyproterone acetate can also increase slightly fat deposition in the abdominal area due to its glucocorticoid actions. I believe this is the progestogen/anti-androgen you are taking and this may be causing you excess gain weight. You have recently doubled the dose of this.
You need to discuss this matter with your doctor. The issue, to me, seems hormonally driven more than caused by eating/activity habits. That is only my opinion, I'm not a doctor.
