Let my guard down

Last night I drank too much wine, and I was on facebook, and was texting when I shouldn't have. The morning after I realize I sent a too-honest text to a friend of mine about how I feel about him ("I miss you conversations, and hope to see you before its too late, and thanks for the entertaining movie")... Besides the point, I also sent out friend requests to people I once knew, and "hello" texts.  MIND YOU: He's also a guy who ask me to live with him. And he told me I was beautiful. SO' I don't know. He's straight though.

No one de-friended me, so that's a plus.

I didn't do anything that I really regret or too embarrassing *I triple check*, but I guess I let my guard down too much. I'm okay with the aftermath, but I learn my lesson well.

In the way its a good thing, since I learn who my real friends are in this world... but nah, just never do that again lol.

I think we all deserve a time in which we can let loose and be inhibition-free. Sometimes it results in good stuff, sometimes bad, sometimes neutral. But, embrace the consequences and own them. You merely let your true self out to play and you got a not so bad result from it. As the saying goes: "A drunk mind speaks a sober heart." ;)
Be your own master, not the slave to illusion;
The lord of your own life, not the servant to falsities;
Only then will you realize your true potential and shake off the burdens of your fears and doubts.

I am never doing that again... trust me. I am actually going to quit drinking for a long time after that. If he kept the conversation going, I might had said too much. It's not worth it.

Go to 1:35                  It reminds me of this video.

But I will be MORE open to the universe, in that sort of way. An ugly truth is better than a beautiful lie, I need to live more authentically in moderation.

Thankfully, nothing too embarrassing has happened.

Or maybe embrace it and become the Queen of Social Media (like a Kardashian or Cher). I don't know. I feel like social media might be my home in a vague sense...

Like in a way Marilyn Monroe said she didn't belong to anyone but she belong to the world.

Haha, yes! That would be fun for a while, eh?
