I remember the advice from the forum ladies and from my therapist that I eould have dry skin simply due to the fact that supression of T would result in less sebium production. So doing HRT I started a regimen of moisturizers every morning and night. I used a supermarket brand of Nivea cream.
So after srs, my skin became even dryer. Maybe a combination of age also. I find that the skin on my legs and arms are even dryer. I've tried many options: oil, coconut oil and lotions. Tried creams with estrogen which I used to soften up my labias after surgery, but in milder mix. This dis softer up my skin but dryness persisted.
I went to a top skin doctor and he simply recommended that I apply a quality moisturizer immediatly after a shower. I now use Clarins super hydrating moisturizer, expensive but very effective.
Finally, use heavy sun block when in the sun, forget sunbathing. Sun will destroy the skin and age it quickly.
