You definitely  pass. You look very similar to your brother; I imagine you'll look like twins once on T.

Thanks Elis, I look like both my brothers, I'm the youngest (not that young haha) but I'm pretty much a 50/50 physical mixture of the two.

With unisex style clothing (like that sweater) and a few minor tweaks you could pass as either.  With the earrings and the hair style in that picture you look slightly more feminine.  Without the earrings and with your hair styled slightly different (a distinctive part and possibly combed off the forehead) you would look more masculine.

Definite pass; you look handsome as hell in the first pic

I finally (begrudgingly) decided to make the cut to my hair in hopes it'd help me pass better. I had my hair shoulder length previously, and it was provoking anger from complete strangers when I used the men's bathroom in public. [emoji17]

You still look a lot like a girl.  However, those tops, nose ring, lip ring, and necklace do not help your cause. They are too feminine.

The top isn't my usual attire, my girlfriend chose it for me at H&M in the men's section. Most of my shirts are usually band merch. I don't have much of a fashion sense. I appreciate your honesty, though. Do you have any suggestions for what would suit me better?
I only recently started wearing that necklace, I just really like it because it's Thor's hammer. The piercings.. I don't see myself parting with, but I appreciate your input on that as well. 😊

Thank you. I might go shorter next time. I just didn't want to go too short initially or else I think I would've shocked myself a bit. My hair was to my shoulders when I got it cut. 😭 I just wanna look like Cole Sprouse tbh, I love his hair so much.
